Ancient Egypt
Art

Art in Ancient Egypt is still admired today. Art is not just painting and drawing you can be sculpture, jewellery, prints and more. On this page you will see some examples of Egyptian Art.

Egyptian art is plain and simple but extremely amazing. Here are the four rules to draw like an Egyptian:

1. Draw the head and neck facing to the side, but with the one eye drawn as if it were from the front under a black eyebrow.

2. Draw the shoulders and chest from the front.

3. Draw the hips and legs again from the side, with one leg in front of the other leg.

4. Colour the skin brown and the dresses white, but you can add a brightly coloured jeweled collar that men and women both wore.
